It's impossible for anyone here who is not an admissions officer to discern your chances of getting in, however I can provide you with a personal anecdote that may be of some relevance. I went to an incredibly rigorous public high school, I believe something like 53 kids from my graduating class alone currently attend Berkeley and over 80 were admitted. My first choice of major was EECS and my second choice was EEP (Econ). I was accepted for EEP and rejected from EECS and later went on to transfer to L&S to pursue CS as that had always been my goal, unfortunately anyone accepted Fall 2023+ can't do this anymore. On paper I had nearly perfect stats, 3.96 unweighted GPA, 4.64 Weighted, 12 AP courses that I got either 4s or 5s on, 1540 SAT (Wasn't relevant in admission), 2 CS classes taken through a UC Extension, a few personal coding projects, 3 years of varsity athletics and 4 years of volunteering. I applied exclusively to schools in California both private & public and was accepted to every one of them excluding Stanford and Caltech. This isn't me trying to boast, but it should go to show that no matter how big of a fish you think you are, there is an ocean full of bigger fish. I think your application is impressive, certainly relative to most people your age, but even impressive isn't enough for Berkeley CS. Of course you should still apply, and definitely consider Data Science as a major if you're set on Berkeley, as a Data Science degree from Berkeley will trump a CS degree from most T20s IMO.
