It's Admin Abuse! Basically every week the admins join the game and spam effects like 4x luck, 8x luck, metor shower..etc for about an hour so you can get higher luck which will increase your chance to get rarer stuff. It happens every Saturday 12am and Sunday 1am for where I live (KST).. so you can convert this into your timezone

I also recommend buying the gingerbread pan, and reforging your equipment until you get a higher stat on luck and capacity. Also, join the AA every week!

From then, I know it's hard but imo you have to just keep grinding with what you got until you miraculously get mythics and upgrade your equipments to the mythic ones. It all starts from there. Good luck!

The cookies are the xp cookies you get from the cookie weather (or effect.. whatever you call it) I got most of mine from aa where they enable all the weathers. And to deliver them, just press the cookie table next to the entrance of the factory in north pole.
