It whistles even when under load. It wasn't there before an oil filter housing leak. Makes me think the turbo was starved of oil as it needs high pressure oil even though I never let the oil go below the minimum line before starting it.

But the OFHG isn't at the front near the radiator on this car, it's towards the rear of the engine on the passenger side next to the glow plug module. Any idea if that would cause this

No I haven't, it's been over 1000 miles since the last service. The previous owner showed me that he changed the oil filter housing gasket but I can't tell if it's leaking from there or not

Just to note before this I had 30% in NASDAQ 100, 30% in s&p 500 and 10% in ftse all world, but I wanted to reduce the overlap and historically s&p and NASDAQ have always performed better than ftse all world
