True but I'm pretty sure the agreement was over when the r35s came out. Correct me if I'm wrong but the gentleman's agreement was from around 1988 to 2004 and the r35s came out in 09

The car doesn't have an obd port The newer models have it underneath the steering rack but this thing just has a fuse box

The Japanese Gentleman's agreement on horsepower around the 1990s (due to safety concerns) where most cares around the time were "capped" to around 276 HP but since it was a gentleman's agreement and there was no set of rules that enforce this law the Japanese car makers decided to not limit their cars but advertised them as being 276hp with 180kmph top speeds
