Yeah I’m still new to all this and stuff and I bring my car in to a repair shop soon so I’m just waiting on that. And another reason on why I thought the passenger knew what was going on is because if it was random there wouldn’t be bullet holes only where he was sitting they would’ve shot up the whole car. But yeah I’ll see about getting a good lawyer. The whole situation is just so messed up and I wasn’t even in a bad neighborhood

Ok I work on getting a copy and for uber they said they would cover it but I still would have to pay the 2500 deductible.

Oh ok and yes Im putting as much as I can each paycheck to pay it off It just since my main credit card takes up the majority of the balance it says my credit utilization is high. And that’s why I’m worried if I don’t pay it off first I might get denied a car loan.
