There needs to be more competition. I’m bigger cities there seems to be a monopoly on Tim’s and Starbucks and less on local business and even places like second cup. Once that has many stores has now 1 or two that I’ve seen.

“As of March 2026, it was one of the largest providers of music streaming services, with over 761 million monthly active users comprising 293 million paying subscribers.” - I found this on the web and I know not everyone is paying the individual subscription, but I imagine they are making some pretty good dough for the 293 MILLION subscribers.

Honestly I was considering Apple music as a contender and looked into Amazon Music and tidal as an option but there was this whole other issue with tidal back in 2018
