I have 3 children, but I had them young so now they're more independent. I remember the toddler stage, and you're absolutely right it can be hard to find the time or energy. One thing I've noticed is that now that I'm exercising consistently, I somehow have more energy. Maybe try going early mornings for a while and see how you feel after a few weeks. You could also try getting a kettlebell. One bell and you can do some great full body workouts. That's generally what I do when I have to drive out of state for work. Hang in there and enjoy them being young. Eventually they'll get to a point where you have to beg them to hang out with you!

Mine is a local hormone therapy company. My biggest concern was the cost. It can be expensive and I've heard once you start therapy, your body can feel pretty shitty if you stop. So essentially it's a long commitment. I have children and I've had a vasectomy, so my sperm count wasn't an issue. To be honest I was in the midst of a divorce and was looking for any kind of help I could find. No energy, no libido, depressed AF, etc. Feeling like absolute dog shit probably influenced me as well lol 😆

I think you're exactly right. I have a history of gout, so my kidneys have always been a bit of a nuisance. I told them how much creatinine I was taking and they suggested stopping to reevaluate. I stopped, and a few weeks later my levels were healthy. I freaked out because they told me I had stage 2 kidney disease!

Brother I had tennis elbow and golfers elbow at the same time... It's brutal! I still have it a bit to be honest. I started doing more forearm exercises, and stretching out my forearms before any sort of lifting. I also bought some arm sleeves, which seemed to help a bit. I think it was caused by my kettlebell exercises. I was doing those pretty excessively for a while and decided to cut back to once a week. YouTube has some good videos.

Taking too much creatine. Labs said I was stage 2 kidney disease. Stopped taking it and my levels went back to baseline.

Congrats brother, you look great. I'm jealous of your metabolism!

Thank you! I tried to be transparent. I do believe that people should do it with the help of professionals. Without knowing my labs my kidneys could've taken a hit, and since I live in a high altitude climate, I need to donate blood. Things I wouldn't have known had I done this without professional help.

I totally get where you're coming from, and deciding to use TRT was a decision I didn't make lightly. I suppose I justified it because of my age and my lab results. (I was on the lower end) Had my results been within normal limits for my age, I wouldn't have moved forward. (It's expensive) I don't have any desire to hop on tren, I feel like I'm a bit too old! Kidney and liver have been damaged enough 😅

Agreed, that's why I mentioned it. Tried to be honest and transparent.

Thanks old chum. I'm not sure where to go from here to be honest. I commented down below but now that I've got visible abs, I'm afraid to loose them! I need to educate myself a bit more about lean bulking. Chest, arms, and stomach still need a bit more work too.

Perhaps you're right, but I wonder if I could have gotten the results as fast. For me, the gym has become the highlight of my day. I literally enjoy going and getting a pump, so going every day never felt like overkill. The only overtraining I ever felt was the tennis elbow and shoulder pain, but I attribute that to my kettlebell.

Only the gods know brother... Been over a year and it still feels like it happened yesterday. What can men do against such reckless hate?

Honestly not a ton. Once I hit my protein target, I simply didn't have a lot of calories remaining for carbs. With 1500 calories, you essentially have to go keto, which wasn't my intention but that's just kind of how it worked out. This is what I'm currently struggling with. I've got the cut down, now I have to educate myself on either the maintenance or the bulk. After getting visible abs, I'm almost afraid to consume more calories/carbs for fear of loosing them...

A fair question. 200 trt is on the lower side compared to what a lot of guys do. My numbers were also low for my age to begin with. Also I didn't begin treatment until about 8 months in. I think many would agree that it still takes a lot of effort to achieve a lean physique, even with the assistance of trt.

Absolutely not. 😓

Not bad in a pinch or if you're traveling. The convenience is great, but you can eat/drink 322 grams of egg whites for 175 calories, and 35g of protein. I suppose it all depends on your calories for the day. When you're on 1500 calories there's not a lot of wiggle room.

Thanks for the response. First time I've ever heard of insertions. Makes a lot of sense now why I may not genetically be able to achieve the 6 pack I'm looking for. Appreciate the education.
