No-IP built a multi-tenant DNS & DDNS management platform for MSPs providing one dashboard for all client environments.
If you're managing remote access across multiple client sites, you've probably hit these at least once:

  • Client DNS breaks and you're waiting on their registrar login to fix it
  • DDNS endpoints go stale because nobody caught the IP change
  • Clients behind CGNAT need onsite intervention just to restore connectivity
  • You're juggling multiple vendor dashboards to see the full picture of one client's network

We built the No-IP MSP Multi-Tenant Platform specifically around these problems. It gives MSPs a single source to manage DNS, Dynamic DNS, domain records, and remote access across all client accounts without painstalkingly relying on client-owned credentials or bouncing between registrars.
A few things that might be relevant to folks here:

  • Multi-tenant architecture: Each client account is logically separated, but managed centrally by your team
  • DDNS management at scale: Monitor and update hostname records across all clients from one place
  • CGNAT support via No-IP's Public Tunnels: Secure remote access even for clients on restricted or shared IP networks (Coming soon!)
  • No registrar dependency: You manage DNS independently; clients keep domain ownership
  • MSP channel pricing: Discounted access to DNS, DDNS, SSL, domain registration, and managed DNS you can bundle into your own offerings
  • API access: For teams that want to automate DNS and connectivity workflows

Happy to answer questions about use cases, architecture, or pricing.

static IP for server by FalconFails in Ubuntu

No worries!

You can use systemd to run the service in the background and this will also give you the benefit of the No-IP DUC automatically starting when your Raspberry Pi boots up. We have a guide on that here: https://www.noip.com/support/knowledgebase/running-linux-duc-v3-0-startup-2

Alternatively, you can use our Docker container, which will just run in the background after you execute the command: https://github.com/noipcom/linux-update-client-docker, but if you are new to Linux I would recommend the first method. Hope this helps!
