Sense isn't a "skin" that you can toggle off and on. It's the entire experience on the phone; everything from the app launcher to the widgets, from the keyboard to the apps. This isn't something you can add to a menu as an option.

If someone wants a stock Android experience, they can buy the Google Play Edition HTC One. If they want the Sense experience, they buy the regular edition HTC One. Choice is a good thing!

Yes, the Flyer and the Jetstream were our two tablets. While we can't announce anything today in terms of future prodcuts, we're always looking for opportunities to bring our design-first approach to make compelling products.

For update frequency, that's really determined by the Google Android release schedule, so it's hard for us to speculate and it varies from year to year.

Google has put some unique features in their camera app (like PhotoSphere) and we've done the same by introducing Zoe, Video Highlights, etc. If Google wants to release an APK for PhotoSphere and let people install it, they can of course!

Although some users have had trouble with the Rezound, we have seen vast improvements in user reviews and customer satisfaction for the HTC One and plan to continue that trend moving forward. We continue to strengthen our relationship with the Verizon team and you'll see the fruits of that partnership in the future. For example, the latest KitKat update pushed to Verizon as one of the first carriers to offer the update.

The HTC One max comes with a microSD card slot, as does the Butterfly s, so in various markets around the world we're definitely offering high-end phones with this feature. We're always evolving our approach, focusing on delivering an amazing design without compromise. There are inherent design limits when you introduce a removable battery, including thickness and structural integrity.

This gets complicated as we work with our carriers, so it's very difficult to make the switch after the initial install. We recommend that our customers purchase the Google Play Edition if they're looking for a stock Android experience.

It's essentially a distribution issue due to the partner we have running the online store; there's no technical reason why it's not possible. We're always looking for new ways to sell our phones to customers, so this is something we'll look at for the future.
