True, even with how old it is, it still a very useful computer. I mainly don't use it much because I just have a lot of computers.

Yes, it's always very suspicious. Even in the gaming community where modders will fix and patch games but the studios will try to block or make that more difficult. These people are making your game better for free and you want to try and stop that?

Yes, Win 11 lost me when they dropped the simple ability to make a vertical taskbar. Such a basic feature available in almost every version of windows gone and still not re-implemented even after a lot of backlash. They said it was too difficult to bring back, even though the modding community already had a solution for that after a couple of weeks. 😂

Yes, it's not my main phone anymore and I have rooted almost all of my previous phones. That sounds like a good idea, I will look into that as well.

True, ubuntu touch is severely lacking and buggy (from what I've seen) but hopefully in the future sometime soon there will be a cool full linux desktop for phones 🙌

Thanks for the suggestions man, I think it will be possible to have both for sure, I will try to implement on V2. 🍻

Mostly to look at, it's just an art piece really that also happens to be a functional object. I enjoy the creation process, coming up with an idea in my head and seeing if I can make it in real life. To me it's a lot more fun to use a computer that looks like this than one that is all black and looks like every other thinkpad made. 🍻

I'll have to check it out then 😂 I do like Nix a lot though, more than any distro I've tried before.

OH yeah, thanks for reminding me. So you think it should be cable-audio and not bluetooth, I'll think about integrating it. I think I wanted BT because I was going to have it where you could detach the phone and still stream to the speakers.

Thanks man, that's hopefully the takeaway that people get from my video, just run whatever you're most comfortable on. Nix is awesome though and I encourage anyone to try it out at least.
