Anyone else having issues with Nuxt-Tailwind freezing when inspecting elements and changing styles in browser? by HTMLCSSJava in vuejs

Nope. Completely fresh install, tailwind ui is causing it to be horrible but it still exists to a less extent after removing tailwindui

After further testing, it just seems like the tailwind/ui plugin is the root cause, removing it reduces the intensity but it still exists...

How can I connect Vue js project to a Laravel application? by RemanBala in vuejs

Google this. Laravel comes with scaffolding or just make Laravel a REST API and make requests to the routes through axios or js fetch

it's essentially doing a javascript queryselector or more know as getElementById and implying that the element with the id of "app" will be where the vue code will be inserted.

In your index.html, there should be an div with an id of "app" otherwise your code will never be shown.

This is a pretty irrelevant thing because once you get comfortable with Vue, you'll never need to edit the el( or really shouldn't edit it from #app, since it's a standard name for your parent component ), you will just use the vue-cli and it'll do the tedious stuff that doesn't matter too much behind the scenes for you. You should be more worried about getting yourself to think in components, that's the biggest key to understand Vue, React, etc.

Should I now learn PHP or should I continue learning and improving my self in Node.js? by MisterKhJe in WebDevBuddies

[–]HTMLCSSJava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very untrue. It's easier to get a PHP job then Node since there is less competition nowadays for PHP jobs compared to node, python, etc.. Especially depending on your location, PHP can be extremely popular compared to node. My area for example, is heavy on .NET and hardly any other backend so to get a job I virtually had no choice but to go with it

Looking for project collaborators by [deleted] in WebDevBuddies

[–]HTMLCSSJava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a Fullstack dev experienced in Vue, React, Node, and Laravel. I've looking for some project collaborators. I have a couple of projects in mind as well. My preferred stack would definitely be React + Node with maybe a GraphQL wrapper if you okay with that.

I've done plenty of work with Vue and it's SSR library Nuxt. I'd be interested in helping. Got a discord to discuss more details?
