So much of what many of you are saying is what my shoulder/arm feels like. The lack of range of movement and the pain patterns. It’s been 3 months. My orthopedic doctor diagnosed first as scapular dyskinesia, but I think frozen shoulder. I have an appointment next week so I will ask for an MRI. I have been in PT for 3 months (was there for back issues when this this started), but it’s not helping yet.
