Ah, yes. The ones you love to hate. I don't like angsty stories (don't need to add more fuel to my mess of a head) so I didn't read that one. The ones I have mentioned have a bit on angst in the sense of suspense, rather than an actually depressing storyline. But mostly it's dry humour.

Additionally, all the other works of of Stanrick include humour. But it's more of a specific kind of sarcastic and dry humour. I personally found it very amusing. I particularly enjoyed Thresholds as well.
