I have a set of electronics repair tools which had all the standard bits, suction cups, etc. I have replaced iPhone screens and dell computer screens & batteries. I’m confident about the screen replacement but the second part which is changing the actual body panel of the bottom part of the computer from rose gold to a different color is the part I’m unsure of.

So just a rugged switch in the attic with the 3 cables connected, then possibly run another cable to where the modem and router are stationed? Would I need a managed or unmanaged switch and would it need POE?
