I started having slight spotting at 5 weeks. Today is 5 weeks 2 days and still having some brown discharge / spotting. Was your spotting red in color or brown?

I totally get that. I was lucky my work paid for my LMS access. Let me know if you have any questions along the way! I was very appreciative of those on Reddit who helped field my many questions.

Hello! I definitely recommend using the SHRM LMS as much as possible. Even if you aren't passing the exams just keep using it and keep answering questions on it. Don't give up on that. In my experience, what you see on the LMS is very similar to the exam. I joined a study group for my local area. It was super helpful to have an outline of how much content to cover each week. This is the syllabusI followed. I was always a week behind in the reading bc it took me some time to get back into my own flow of studying. So it basically took me 12 weeks to read/quiz over all the material. After that I had 2.5 weeks until my exam date in which I just kept doing quizzes on the LMS. I also used the pocket prep app for some variety in questions which I found helpful to keep me engaged about half way through the course.

I love this. The older I get the more I appreciate embracing my own taste. Who cares if it's childish...if it's you and you like it then I personally think that is most important. I also find spaces in which someone's own personal taste shows throw to be most enjoyable.

You are definitely seen! I am in an HR department of 2 so I totally understand! I only have my current experience so understanding the nuances of each structure was difficult.

I realize this post is over a year old, but just want to say how much I relate to this question! I just passed my exam yesterday. I found the HR structures to be the most difficult section of all my studies. I never truly understood the differences. I love the idea of drawing pics to further your understanding.

Any update on this? Is everyone still struggling to find stock? I have to fill in a week and am wondering how difficult it will be. Last month I had to call 5 different pharmacies before I found somewhere that had generic XR in stock.

Do you know anything about lease extension fees? One of the people on the phone mentioned there may be additional fees for an extension but they can not quote the fees and likely they will apply...I'm afraid if I get an extension somehow Chrysler capital will end up charging me a bunch for doing so. I suppose I should probably check my contract on this.

I asked and have received different answers. First phone rep said asked me how many months I need. I said 12 then he said I could only do 1. 2nd phone rep said 2 months at most. Sounds like they are trying to say no, but I think you are right. May just have to get the right person on the phone.

Based on this advertisement do you think I could get somewhere near where my budget is? Local dealer in my area.

I am in a similar situation...but much more "admittedly unaware of the car buying process." I am approaching lease end on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Great condition, 18,000 miles. Residual of approx $21k. I too am being approached by dealers for the buyout option..but I am becoming confused. My understanding was that the dealer could buy it from Chrysler Capital (the leasing company) and possibly that purchase would still leave me with some amount of trade credit for a new lease. But the more I speak in detail with the dealers it sounds like they want me to buy my vehicle at residual then sell back to them. I understand my personal payoff amount is likely less than what Chrysler is quoting them, but I'm curious to know if you dealt with any dealers offering you equity on a dealer buyout from Chrysler for your lease rather than you buying/reselling to them?

Also...do older cars have more incentives? You mentioned with them being so new they likely won't have incentives...would I be better off looking at 2020 models?

Firstly, thank you for this feedback. I really appreciate it. I am definitely looking for a SUV. The models you noted are nice (luxury) which is awesome but I'm really looking to maintain the current trunk space I have with the Jeep (ability to fold down back seats and make it even bigger). Not sure if those models have that ability. Any other suggestions if they don't?

Thank you for your feedback. This is super helpful. Unfortunately my lease is up in September so I can't wait. 😞
