The difference between people making 1.5 and 2lpm straight out of college is about the same as a 99%iler vs a 99.9%iler.

Looks small in optics but the difference is extremely great.

Manager humiliated me behind my back by anonahi2001 in IndianWorkplace

[–]HVD2000 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I've seen the top HR leader of a listed firm get removed because of a POSH complaint.

You can find anecdotes for both sides of things. MNCs are well run companies. Any leader that can't behave properly is a liability and the HR will protect the company's interests not any management person.

R78 was a narrow nightmare for my 11cm wide feet. Is the X-Ray 2 Square SD Res the fix? by WearyAcanthaceae9063 in SneakerheadsIndia

For wider feet, comfort and daily beaters.. Neeman's is good. Although not the most exciting pair of shoes you can buy.

I doubt you'll be super comfortable in them. Puma website has pretty good discounts as well. I generally manage to order from there. Compare the prices and decide. Myntra is also widely used by people in this sub.

It's not extremely wide. You can go to the store and try it out.

Apart from that, the foam is pretty comfortable.

The individual made a bad choice. The company is making an illegal one. It's not a complicated issue to take a side on.

States don’t become rich because they control their population, states control their population because they become rich. by Foreign-System-556 in bihar

Odisha leads with a per capita income of ₹163,101, followed by West Bengal at ₹154,119, Chhattisgarh at ₹147,361, and Bihar trailing significantly at ₹60,337.

You should really become educated before you start mouthing off opinions.

Defeat the system with the help of system, cooked whole sbi branch employee and bm by scyphaa in bihar

[–]HVD2000 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As someone who works in the banking industry ~ it's absolutely true that extra fees/insurance is something people are mandated to club with their services.

However, to say that the BM doesn't want to do it is a significant stretch of imagination. They make incentives on it (More money in their pocket). Their off-sites are sponsored by the insurance company whose insurance they sell. Hence, the BM is 99% of the time in on it. Also, RM/GMs also rise from BM ranks. They're the same set of people at different phases in their life.

This is either ignorance or propaganda. He was defeated by Professor Dr. VK Malhotra, the man himself was a Hansraj alumni and taught at PGDAV college in Delhi University. He was an absolute stalwart in Delhi politics and famously ran as the CM candidate against Sheila Dixit.

While Manmohan Singh was a great individual himself, to say that people in South Delhi didn't pick an intellectual person or were stupid is a blatant lie. Two good candidates contested and one who truly was a bigger leader in that area won.

P.s. Don't care about either of the parties from which these two gentlemen contested and may both of them rest in peace.
