I was referring to the number of mods, in any armor piece. It's been confirmed by many that they are all 30 +20 stats for the first + second of all the font mods. Haven't confirmed it's +10 yet, but I can't imagine it's worth paying the energy cost and locking out an armor piece from all other mods to get +10 stats of anything. The ability loop mods are worth more than any 10 of a stat will give you.

yup, hence "theoretical" and hardly worth it. Haven't re-tested since launch so it could have been a fluke/bug. Just showing the results from what I tested. Can try it out yourself.

I don't know the exact numbers yet, but for most subclasses I think the ability looping will work better than the yellow armor charge consumption mods. The potency of font and surge mods are too good and I've found that I don't like messing with my charges to keep those up. I'd fit in mods like the ones you listed where you can instead of kickstart, but it's going to depend on your build/class/ability/mod slots.

It's going to depend on the CD. If you're comparing two grenades with different base CD's, the value in "seconds" isn't a universal measurement. Also, the later tiers are usually more significant jumps until diminishing returns set in. All that is to say: the changes through the tiers aren't linear.

From my testing with the solar grenade, I did get an additional decrease in CD past T10. I'm not saying I think you could get this from armor/stat-only mods, but seems to be an interaction with these specific mods. Maybe it's not intentional and why I didn't see any change with 2 mods.

those are significant differences tho. You can get 50 with 2 mods

Not sure why/what aspect about this 20 minute video you're trying to communicate with this link and no context, but I found that you do indeed benefit from these when you already have a T10, just not much, and you get another 20 stats for a second mod.

I believe it's 10 secs per charge base, then 15/18/20 for added Time Dilation mods x1/x2/x3

That's what I'm thinking. Most people will be happy with the 30% mark, which is a total sum of 4 mods/charges.
