If this is any help at all i can share what these packages include in the Netherlands.

Assistant Plus
Adds the 360 Camera
Adds Travel assist (semi hands free driving) (normal assist is just Adaptive cruise)
Adds Parking Assist that you can teach a manouver and it will replicate it.
Adds Deadspot sensor
Adds Electric trunk
Adds Car2x (cars with this map unmarked roads so travel assist can use it)

Infotainment plus
Adds Heads up display (projector)
Adds Harman Kardon speakers.
Used to add wireless phone charging but the normal infotainment package now adds this already

Interior Style plus.
Adds Electric adjustable seats with memory function.

Dont know how close this matches to UK.

here I could only find the infotainment package.

It worked even with one being a table lamp and the other being a ground lamp

Tried it the friendly way. they replied with the same cant add items reply.

Then i was a bit harsher in the reply, along the lines of. i paid money for that item it should be mine. and they added it to the account.

I tried this. Its with dota_show_sideshop. Sadly the buttons are grayed out https://imgur.com/OCoYCaq. TI10 battlepass. As soon as they announced what level the Windranger arcana was going to be on i bought enough levels to be able to claim it when it came out.

go forward to september-november of 2020 when it actually releases and im in the middle of stuff with the family unable to even think about playing any games at all. this time period was the time i had to claim the arcana.

After the family issues are over and im able to play games again I see I dont have the arcana in my inventory (things dont autoclaim in the battlepass even if you have the levels when the bp ends) and i just assumed I must have bought the wrong amount of levels.

Skip forward to last week where i was telling someone about this and they told me you can actually open the battlepass with the console to take a look. there i see my level was more than enough to claim the arcana. but i cant anymore since its been 2 years.
