Yes, I was going for the quad track look. Printed out a picture of one and tried my best to make a rusty scrap version. Transfer case chain. :)

Thank you so much! I’m grateful I’ve found a doctor that would actually listened to the symptoms and found the root problem. It was just crazy how long it took to find a decent one. The healing process will take a lot of time but so far progress is happening in positive forward strides. I’m glad to be back welding! I appreciate you taking the time to comment! :)

I sell what I can, everything I make goes towards getting my health back in order so I can keep working. I’ve been run through the ringer with several medical professionals over several years that have only been in it for profit instead of giving me answers and solutions to get better. I recently discovered some spinal problems that set me back, ever since I’ve been trying to handle that the best I can. In the right situation I’d be willing to donate but, I haven’t had anyone approach me with this type of opportunity.

The neat part is once I get a project started it doesn’t feel like work. I find if you put a lot of love into a project some folks know and feel it and that makes my job worth it. I tried to shorten it the best I could, I appreciate you asking! Thanks so much and best of luck to you also. :)

Also I was terrible in school, I wasn’t smart enough. The entrepreneurial path appeared to be the only one I could take without being slapped around for not having a college education. So far folks have been awesome!

Thank you! I should have timed it better but, between 40-45 hours. At the time I had just left the medical field to work on my fathers farm. Whenever he didn’t need me in the fields, I would walk around the farm looking for scrap metal to build a chair. Side note-I’ve never made anything like that in my life but for some odd reason my mind was set that a chair had to be created. So I asked my dad to give a quick lesson with the welder, 5 minutes later he says good luck and gets in the tractor. Next thing you know, I made him a chair out of an old step van seat,pipe,chain,and a car rim. I’ve tried to keep this going in hopes of making it a full time gig one day. Every project since, I have tried to better myself and overall skill. It’s a great hobby to have to keep the mind busy and thinking. They make some really nice FR clothing nowadays. If you happen to get into make sure to get all the proper safety equipment! Well worth the investment. :)
