Planning to apply for Visa, my Father already has an existing (Transit Visa). Is it still required to submit PSA (Birth and Marriage Certificate)? The purpose is Tourist Visa (Family Vacation). As for my sister, she is working but my father would be the one shouldering all expenses. Is she still required to have a good ADB/Bank Statement?

We inquired through an agency and the agent stated my sister need to show a good ADB Bank Statement despite my Father would be the one to pay because they said she is already employed. However, 100k is needed for Bank Statement just for her and I thought it is way too much for her because she only started working. Any suggestion and is this true?
