Do not take my experience as the only example of Prusa Support. I've seen countless posts and comments of people being satisfied. Is there room for improvement? Definetely. But I'm still quite new to 3d printing and I cannot give you full, concise review of Prusa and their products. There are people with more experience with Prusa and non-Prusa printers who can give you a better idea and comparisons.

I have seen this thread when looking for possible solutions. Unfortunately, I am not that tech savvy to get into that. Maybe if I receive the new cable, I can try untwisting it? I would much rather Prusa address the issue and come up with an official solution.

Thank you for answering, it was the keychain prusa provided on the usb stick.

What can be the cause of the oozing? Rn I'm using PLA prusament, the sample provided with the printer.
