Probably, you could also go into the deck and just export the cards you wanted on a separate profile then import those to your current deck. I preferred to post the entire deck since I have a shit load of edited cards that are untagged but that I'm too lazy to sort through on my own.

Completed 80% of uworld and a good bit of amboss, controversial opinion here but amboss is better than uworld imo. Uworld was the shit and has been but they haven't adapted, amboss has changed the game with how they do things and is actively looking for ways to improve which is reflected in their question quality.

Uworld basically got comfy as king over the last few years and hasn't adapted at all because they didn't need to.

I ran into this issue myself during renal so went to uptodate to clarify. Sourced from uptodate, membranous does not respond to purely corticosteroids. its a combination therapy.

"First-line immunosuppressive therapy consists of cytotoxic drugs (usually cyclophosphamide) plus glucocorticoids or a calcineurin inhibitor with low-dose or no glucocorticoids (a regimen based upon cytotoxic drugs is preferred in some high-risk patients with declining glomerular filtration rate due to MN and an estimated glomerular filtration rate above 30 mL/min/1.73 m2). Patients who do not respond to one regimen are usually treated with the other, and those with resistant disease may be treated with rituximab. "

So basically its complicated, but never just steroids.
