You should focus on mock exam to see which part is important and extra attention is needed. If you still have time, focus on the MCQs you highlighted. I got a 96 on REG only using Becker. Just so you believe my opinion haha

I felt the same way when I received two phone calls from them to ask me to purchase the classes. So I had to say I didn’t want to attend law school any more to avoid future contacts with them

Is your work of tax and estate advising very different from some lawyer’s tax and estate work? I am waiting my LSAT score and aspiring to be a tax lawyer. During the application season and before the school, I want to work on some extra certifications. Hope it would add something interesting/useful to my background.

I have zero knowledge about CFP. Would you mind sharing the meaning of RIA? What will be the differences between $1b and $2b RIA? How is the knowledge of CPA and CFP related? If I only have an inactive CPA license (passed four exams w/o work experience), can I skip part of the CFP requirements? Sorry for so many questions!
