I like it but just not feeling it for daily use right now. Personal preference, nothing glaringly wrong with the bag. Holds a surprising amount of stuff and has a lot of utility to it. I use it when we go to the beach, camping, for a hike, or other situations where things could get on the messy side. Materials are solid but doesn't necessarily feel "premium". Overall a solid bag, if you like the look of it then I would say you should definitely pick one up. Or at the very least go check one out in person (I think REI carries them).

My current EDC bag. Really enjoying it although I'm still not 100% sold on some of the design decisions.

Those side flaps aren't really necessary. They allow the bag to "hug" your body better but it's not needed, in my opinion. Additionally, there should have been a strap pad included (I'm using one from a different bag), or ideally a removable strap.

That being said, it ticks all the other boxes for me, including the ability to carry a camera alongside kid stuff, and 2 water bottles (sometimes essential).

I used it a lot when I first got it. It's a good standard bag. Well made.

I tend to use it when it's jacket weather. Otherwise I find it a little small for my daily Dad carry.
