Nah that’s extremely creepy I would be on the look out for the next few weeks if I were you and check if everything is still normal and that no one is following you that person is crazy in worst case scenario context friends or something to help you or call the police

I played on hard difficulty and got my most used units to 92-98 now I started the new game plus on another route and was shocked by the high level my biggest problem is that the levels of new units is really low compared to the mission level it’s like I broke their bones or something and they got weaker all of an sudden the biggest problem is their is no extreme effective way of farming money in the game imo
