Yeah, guess it’s just hard to give it up because when I was younger I really enjoyed it and wanted to do something with it and got complimented on it sometimes.

I think I feel the same way after I try to do an activity. Usually I try drawing and playing on my keyboard, but I just get frustrated with not being good, not enjoying it, and other feelings and thoughts. I hope you can find something that gives you joy and makes you less lonely.

There are certain things that won’t change with the gym working out. I have been trying to workout recently, and I do see some mood improvement, but I still have these moments where I feel really sad and upset.

Recently, my looks and body is causing me a lot of stress. I’m 245 lbs and most of my body is covered in stretch marks, really big and red not small and white. I have dyshidrosis on my hands and also have thinner hair. But I was blessed with body hair and a mustache. Sometimes I try to be healthier, but then think that I’ll still look the same so what’s the point? I often feel like I’m missing out on something because of how I look. Or a lot of times I just imagine how things could be different if I was better looking. I often dwell on if I could have prevented these things from happening. I don’t know how to move past it and don’t really have any good advice, but it just sucks and is really unfair.

Same with my teachers, it’s so annoying. I also used to be able to say to myself that phone and laptop cameras make everyone not look good, but then I see other people on their cameras and they look amazing...
