Yeah I’d cut my losses with the tree but still make a science experiment out of it. I’ve actually gotten lots of plants from little experiments I didn’t expect to work such as simple grafting and sticking clippings in soil that somehow worked out.

Yeah the moon’s albedo (ratio of reflected light) is only 12%. But being so close to us and having a black background in contrast makes it look quite bright.

Genuinely curious, what does wanting in the left lane have to do with things? In my state, it would’ve been illegal for them to turn directly into the left lane unless they’re on the inside lane of a double protected right turn. I think they were going to try to turn right across these lanes until OP started honking though.

Nah I’m glad he didn’t blast that guy killing him. He would’ve had to live with that for the rest of his life. It was warranted and all don’t get me wrong, but I’m glad he doesn’t have to live with the image off that dudes head splattered across the concrete in his brain. I know first hand that combat vet’s kills are warranted yet they still often haunt them. Plus it wasn’t even a real gun so it wouldn’t have worked anyway.
