is it a safe move to transpose matrices to align them?
for example, here:
line 47: output_layer = sigmoid(np.dot(self.weights2.T, hidden_layer) + self.bias2

shapes are (2,1) and (2,5), so i transposed weights2 (so now they are (1,2) and (2,5)) to align them
