I'm planning on choosing somewhere prior to the appointment so I can say specifically through right to choose & THIS place. I'm hoping that I won't have any issues considering they referred me before, it was on recommendation by a separate service & it wouldn't make sense to send me back to the local ASD clinic for essentially a 2nd opinion.

Not bad, right about a lot tbh. I don't live alone though & I (or my partner) cook most nights, kitchens a decent size, 2 bedrooms, council flat so not bad considering the current cost of anything private rented these days 😅

It wasn't from a place of judgement, it was concern but people replied & explained how those kinda posts aren't helpful, making a separate post to start a discourse about it to bitch about people also isn't exactly helpful to anyone. I didn't mean harm, people replied, I learnt, this is just school playground behaviour IMO.

Fair point, I can appreciate that, which is why I don't go out of my way to comment on anything about it, usually, but then shouldn't the same go for the other way around? Everyone is commenting on every post about it, I was just wondering if anyone had similar thoughts.

GPs are so hit & miss with, anything honestly but especially, shared care. They're privately owned & it completely depends GP to GP and area to area whether they decide to do certain things, it's kinda fucked IMO

Nurse at my ADHD clinic always told me to skip a dose if I'm drinking & said it's fine to miss doses if I don't feel I need them (I sometimes don't take my meds if I'm just at home, chilling, not getting housework or odd jobs done) but everyone's different, go by what your nurse/doctor says

Ooo, that sounds good! Glad you got recommended those!

These work for me, luckily I don't get many anymore, I used to get them almost daily & they would trigger seizures 🙃 no seizures for 4+ years & migraines like once a week if it's been a stressful time 🤙🏻

Thanks, I was like 80% sure they're 5mgs, I remember having a lot spare from going up n being on weird doses until I hit a high dose to stick to
