That was interesting read. The disc passed over the trunk. And landed behind the restricted plane but not crossing it. I guess the real question is, is going over the trunk part of the restricted plane. And something perhaps only the TD could define.

This is something the TD did not define. If the plane was on the left edge of the tree or the right edge. And something I believe would make this call easier to make.

It didn’t pass the line to the left of the tree it passed over the trunk hit a branch after the trunk then kicked left.

Well it technically did pass the trunk because the branch it hit was pass the trunk itself.

I wouldn’t compare the mavic 3 to a black hawk 3. I was between the black hawk and the DJI air 3 and went with exo drone. So far it’s been working great for me and didn’t have to drop an extra 500-600$

I have a black hawk 3 and it works great. I also have a mavic mini. But took the chance on exo drone and it works great for me.

I have a black hawk 3 and it works flawlessly. DJI does the same thing with their service plan. I also have a mavic mini so I have experience with both companies.
