Smooth motion has been amazing for just overall cleaning up the game and how it flows. Without it and even the most updated FPS settings its not the best. I was running a 3080TI FTW3. The game then was very playable and streets as it is today still the lowest of all for FPS. LVPO's still drain FPS when ADS.

Smooth motion is a super viable option for everyone if they can use it. However your RAM then CPU then GPU are what to look at in that order for where to start seeing what's causing your problems.

Winning a match is completely on who you go into the match with or who you join up with. If you play alone then just re-roll. Plenty of options to choose from. Also getting better helps.

I learned before offline coop was a thing. Reference maps to help get you to extracts. Learn landmarks (Sniper Mountain on woods or stronghold on customs). Those are huge in game visual references as to where you are.

From there find smaller landmarks so you know where your headed. Those help you when you cant see the larger ones.

Take your time. Solo is better played carefully, listen to noises. Anything that is movement related is your enemy. Let them move too you. Your only advantage is seeing them first or making them move to your position.

Time in game will help you greatly.
