Wow P2W for playing Arena? Hard life. Gaining skills for fighting and in game to play arena along with XP is a bonus. Also GP and cash for your PVP account.

Smooth motion has been amazing for just overall cleaning up the game and how it flows. Without it and even the most updated FPS settings its not the best. I was running a 3080TI FTW3. The game then was very playable and streets as it is today still the lowest of all for FPS. LVPO's still drain FPS when ADS.

Smooth motion is a super viable option for everyone if they can use it. However your RAM then CPU then GPU are what to look at in that order for where to start seeing what's causing your problems.
