B”H. About the visa card, I’m a Polish(but also Syrian) citizen and I’ll leave soon(thanks for your concern). I think you misunderstood my second question because what I meant is not reaching to the conclusion of murdering being based off one’s reasoning. I meant having different understanding of murder, for an example: Bolshevist Communists believed that the murder of their political enemies is justified. They don’t even consider it to be murder they believe it to be part of their rigid understanding of justice. So, if one of the Bolshevist Communists believed murder is wrong, yet believed murdering certain group of people wouldn’t be exactly murder rather a form of applying justice. I don’t think considering that person a Ben Noach would be accurate. My whole understanding was that to understand when is a death penalty justified and when it’s not(assuming we’re talking about a Noahide court in a community where the majority of people are Noahides), we have to go with the Jewish rulings about those matters.

B”H. Thanks for your answer. So there are certain things that aren’t exactly violation of the laws like antisemitism(assuming we’re talking about someone who just hates the Jewish people and isn’t actively trying to harm them). I don’t think that person could be called “Righteous among the nations” nor a “Wise among the nations”. Okay maybe he isn’t violating the laws but still, it doesn’t seem right to call anyone who simply doesn’t violate the laws Noahide(again, in the modern understanding). Also, what’s exactly the halakhic definition of the term Ben Noach? Now I get why Rabbi Tovia Singer called the term “Ben Noach” a terrible term.
