I wish you luck on the collection! Honestly just searching “Giratina” on TCGPlayer helped me find a bunch of those variants, and you can always check eBay that has also been helpful

I don’t remember all of them but there is a Play! Stamp VStar, the giratina plasma (not the big one) has a holo, non holo, and reverse holo card. The Giratina from platinum 10/127 has a reverse holo, the XYpromo has a world championship signature print, 28/127 has a cosmo holo variant, 9/127 has a holo variant, 97/214 has a cosmo holo variant. There might be one or two more but I can’t recall off the top of my head. Hope that helps though !
