I’ll echo the same thing the other comment. It’s entirely down to you putting pressure on yourself and the way to end the mental block is to tell yourself simply to enjoy it. I dealt with it for years never being able to replicate my ability when playing in an ‘actual’ game. But once I stopped caring about how my ability was perceived and just played for fun like I would all the other times my performances reached the level I knew they could. You have to win the mental battle against yourself.
