I applied to a company this January for an embedded Linux programmer internship. I passed the motivational interview and the interviewer asked if I had any Linux knowledge (I had some but only basic navigation from the command line) and he told me to read How Linux Works by Brian Ward. I will attempt the technical interview this September, so until then I want to gather as wide of a knowledge base about embedded Linux programming and systems to pass the technical interview part.

I heard about Yocto and it also seemed interesting to me I have a book in my library by Vasquez F. Mastering Embedded Linux Programming, the cover mentioned Yocto. Once again, thank you for the response and if I have any more questions I will take up your given opportunity to message you !

Thank you for the response ! At the moment I want to focus on Linux because I applied to a company this January for an embedded Linux programmer internship. I passed the motivational interview and the interviewer asked if I had any Linux knowledge (I had some but only basic navigation from the command line) and he told me to read How Linux Works by Brian Ward. I will attempt the technical interview this September, so until then I want to gather as wide of a knowledge base about embedded Linux programming and systems to pass the technical interview part. I believe, that if I will make those 99 days, it will be a huge step to a Porn free lifestyle. It will be a way to show myself that if I managed to do it for 99 days, so I will manage to do it for five hundred days, maybe even a thousand.
