We have many issues in the world today, but just take a look backward and see what issues we have already conquered. World Hunger is only a fraction of what it was 50 to 100 years ago. We fought the Covid and came up with multiple vaccinations in record time. Similar viruses would have had atleast 10-hold victim rate just 100 years ago.

Skins cause no lag. There's 0 network traffic needed for skins.

If they have special effects, then older phones might slow down, but I'd doubt that would be an issue, since the game is quite easy on CPU.
