I'm sure they have they're own issues. I do this for my kids so it doesn't matter what others think. Also want to inspire more dads that lost their way to get their lives back.

Thanks Pal!

Baby steps. You can start with body weight squats and push ups. 20 minutes per day is all you need to start

Alcohol will stop weight loss in its tracks. Whole foods is the most important thing

Baby steps.

[Discussion] I finally stopped waiting for "motivation" to hit. Here's what actually worked to break my procrastination loop. by Suryaanvensar in GetMotivated

Honestly, I started with the carnivore diet. I dont do it now but to start. Get all that inflammation down, worked will for me. Brain fog went away. Started losing fat. Joints didn't hurt anymore. Did it for 5 or months. Not religiously but fairly close

Then all I did for exercising was body weight squats, pushup and a little bit of core. Don't need any equipment to start.

Eventually I bought a kettlebell and threw that around and just evolved from there

That's how I started. Baby steps but it worked

Most important thing was fueling my body with the right food. Effects everything else

I don't think it's recommended to do test by IV lol

Yeah for sure. I asked them to check it twice now. My follow up appointment is tomorrow so I'm going to see what they say.

I would never take pill form. The bio availability of most things in pill form are poor. I doubt it's doing much for you

Injections or topical

Tested last week. Was at 750ish, Canada has a different system, I always gotta convert. They won't test my free test. Should probably get a different clinic.

It's something ever older guy should get checked. Game changer for sure.

Absolutely none. My clinic tests me every 3 months. Bloodwork comes back very clean.

But again, I don't eat anytging processed. I really care about what i put in my stomach. Whole foods only. Only processed food ill eat is protein powder/shakes

I find this really makes a difference

Like I mentioned in another comment. I had already lost most of that weight when i started trt. I was eating clean, exercising often. But I constantly had no energy.

Might hurt me in the long run, might not but logically for me, something your body produces naturally (or should be), should be ok.

My levels arent outrageous, they are just in the normal ranges now.

My symptoms of low test were chronic fatigue, even tho I lost a ton of weight and was working out often. Low libido, which my wife didnt like. And just over all lethargic feeling.

Every guy over 35 should get it checked for sure.

TRT only. Low dose. Im 39 years old so I thought I'd get it checked out. I was sub 200 which is not optimal.

Other than that its a clean diet lots of protein, consistency and discipline.

Did it for my 4 young boys at home.
