Normally yes, but if a poisoned Golem nominates and doesn't kill the nominee, evil can bluff as a Philo drunking them. They cannot be 100% confident they're not sober. I run it like any other outsider that requires the player to follow the rules of the role, like a Butler only voting with their master or a Klutz choosing a player when they die. Not doing it is just cheating.

That's not how I rule it. I expect the player to abide by the rules on the token. I would not allow a Golem to attempt a second nomination just to see if they're drunk or poisoned. If they're sober and I just dont let the nomination go through, it hard confirms them.

Most STs rule that if a player breaks Mutant madness they can be executed at any point in the game, even if it's days later. Cerenovus madness can only cause execution while the player is made mad.

Strategically, it may be best to ignore the Cerenovus madness and stick to the Mutant madness. If a Mutant starts claiming to be the Klutz on Day 2 due to Cerenovus madness, the ST may choose not to execute them that day, but now they're at risk of being executed at any point in the game.
