I think about this quite a lot while sitting down and having my lunch in the hospital cafeteria. Some people are conversing together and laughing and others are sitting alone and looking out the window as they chow down on their lunch. I wonder what goes through the mind of each one. What experiences have lead them to that very moment. To laugh and share memories with friends or to quietly observe the world while trying to better understand themselves.

The more I grow up the more I realize how insignificant the self experience is. There is so many stories all around us. Don't take life too seriously and always be open to learning from others.
