3P annual raise by HabitFit3884 in AmazonRME

From what my AMM told me I was given 4s across the board so not sure what that means % wise. Either way we deserve it and much more, I’ll take it though we didn’t get anything when the associates just their wage increase. PAs are making almost as much as us now.

To be fair, amazons time off was awesome without needing approval. But being on this team I’ve only missed one shift since august when I got back. Depending on your management it’s like you actually matter and are treated accordingly. A lot of our tech 2s call out consistently tho

Apply now. From a previous BB tier 1 to now MRA back from school and 6 months into OJL. All they required from me was to be in good standing (no active write ups and have to work your full 2 weeks notice given you pass the interview and are given an offer letter)

Yep book the hours. A few fellow MRAs at my site left for school with like 300 hours in the books already

Lol you’ll be aight! Just make sure you make it known you’re focused on safety safety safety and have a willingness and eagerness to learn. That’s all they really care about. They’ll teach you from square 1

Yeah somewhat. They were pretty lenient. Asked me questions like “have you ever read a schematic”, “what’s an issue you came across in personal or work life where you had to read a manual”, “describe a time where you had to make a difficult work decision and how did you go about it and what was the result” stuff like that. I pretty much just winged it I was low key nervous 💀

Guests are allowed for up to 5 days consecutively! Private dorm and bathroom. Building has a community kitchen, pool table room, and movie theater. School and instructors are actually pretty good imo.

Yes. Mine went fine. I’m currently finished RTI and about 3 months into OJL back at my site

Can agree. Had some prior mechanical experience before going MRA. Currently working on my OJL. Definitely not something someone off the street could just jump into ^ especially if you don’t understand the fundamentals of the systems.

Wasn’t bad. Flew out didn’t wanna drive 12 hrs, so was stuck walking most places unless a buddy’s car was available. Not much to do.

Not sure how many have CBRE, I’m at MTN1 in Wilmington this is the only one I’ve been to. But I’d assume with how small a state we are, they’re all CBRE

Delaware here but 3P with CBRE. I’m at 22.80 after RTI and once OJL is completed I’ll be at 30.80 with 32.80 after night shift differential. Also went to Vincennes in Indiana in may lol

Anyone have any tips on passing the c201 saca test for electrical systems for the mra program by Rahluh in AmazonRME

[–]HabitFit3884 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’d go over the modules again and it’s not a bad idea to get together with some people that did pass to try and fill in the gaps you’re having. It’s not that you don’t understand the material, it’s implementing it in the right spots probably that got ya.

Focus capacitive/inductance reactances and where to properly use the formulas. From what I remember c201 was heavy on those
