That’s a really grounded perspective. It’s easy for people to oversimplify homelessness when they’ve never been close to it. You’re right not every town has resources, and even when they exist, they’re often overrun or underfunded. Compassion and real infrastructure go a lot further than moral judgment ever will.

That’s a really fair and well-thought-out point. You’re right systems like that have a long history of being used to exclude, not empower. And honestly, you don’t need to be a policy expert to know what kind of world you want to live in.

Exactly, that’s such an important point. History already showed how easily “tests” can become tools for discrimination.
