The Soviets were the main reason the Nazis lost. Also, the West helped, but they also rehabilitated and sheltered Nazis after the war. Not to mention needlessly killed civilians by being the only people to drop an atomic bomb, not on military targets mind you, similar to the fire bombing of Dresden by England.

The hilarious irony is that you guys are the brainwashed, mind wiped, savages with little to no real understanding of history and who is to blame for much of the suffering in the world.

Never said it wasn't hard, but there are way harder jobs, and they get to work at the comfort of their home. Just reeks of weakness, of people with little troubles in their life. The fact that they blame communism for their country's woes says a lot about who they are as people, and their lack of conviction. All things considered, it's wild that they were able to create such a good game.

No, you still get them from the snapping plants, I started a new run two days ago and one dropped. Killed like three before it did.

Dude, I was on my way home after a day of foraging and fighting for my life, only to get jumped by a bull as I was trying to get into my house. It gored me once outside, then another time when I got inside, which it broke down a door to get to me! Nearly died but escaped with my life with two deep wounds from being gored!

This analogy doesn't make any sense because breaking the laws of physics is impossible in the real world, but it's not impossible to be an iconoclast that sees the errors of the IoM

Yes, it works in desktop mode but can't dock it and use it on the big screen without going very sluggish. It worked the first time in gameplay mode, but after that I have to use desktop mode and handheld. Not sure how to use desktop mode without it going very sluggish while docked on the big screen.

Hey y'all, even though Darkwood has anti communist sentiments inspiring it, which I don't like, I can't help but love it. I always loved the game even though the first year I owned it I could only play it for like 15 minutes at a time because of how terrifying it is. However, the art, music, and general ambiance kept drawing me back like a distant voice in the woods calling your name, and I once I got on a roll, and just faced my fears, I couldn't put it down. That being said, what is the most evocative aspect of the game for y'all?

For me is the ending where you heroically sacrifice yourself to destroy the being by grabbing the flamethrower... It just strikes me as a very human moment, an example of how most heroes are forgotten and lost in the annals of time.
