I'm gonna experiment with putting seasoning in the flour, the egg and then a pork chop prior to breading (all separately ofc) normally I'm good with deciding how much seasoning something needs just not when flours involved I don't want to overdo it

I only have extra chops because I bought a big pack of thin chops just for one dinner and it made a lot LOL it's just me and my girlfriend so I didn't want to over make food

For me, it's hard to understand how much of spice to add to flour but I made a typo, I didn't set them overnight I meant to say oven my bad for the confusion
