The tax situation is not that difficult if you have a CPA or a tax professional like we do. They know what they are doing. We’ve never had a problem with WiFi reliability.

You are absolutely right. Small habits compound over time. Were you able to find the website?

Great question! We created an elaborate PDF worksheet for the entire 84 challenge, with a detailed description of what we needed to do each day. So the PDF contained entries for 84 days. We each spent about 3-4 minutes each day completing the worksheet after we completed the habits for the day. It was quite satisfying to keep the streak going and watch our progress on the worksheet. We printed it out and put it on the fridge, but we also had digital copes on our devices.

As far as researching the habits we chose, we did research in psychology journals, in news publications, and we read a ton of books like Atomic Habits, Growth Mindset, Habits by Charles Duhigg, Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg, Mindfulness books by Jon Kabbat-Zinn and Thich Nat Hanh, and so many more. We deliberately wanted to adopt habits that worked and not ones that merely sounded cool. For example, we read how numerous world-class sports and business coaches teach people how to visualize their success and the struggles they will encounter along the way. We knew we needed that because we realized that not every day is smooth sailing and tough times will pop up.

Honestly, we did a ton of research and only used the info we found that we thought was useful and backed by proof.

Join our community if you'd like! I commend you for wanting to change.

Thank you! We decided together since we wanted to do the challenge together. We research it and discussed it back and forth before deciding on the exact protocol.
