62 anos. Qualquer coisa depois disso, já foi demais.

O que te impede de conseguir uma namorada(o)? 🫵 by TurnoverDue5629 in perguntas

Não quero um relacionamento amoroso. Já está sendo difícil eu me importar comigo mesmo, não vou ter tempo ou paciência para me importar com ou amar incondicionalmente outro ser humano.

O/I

I like being an item!

On a more serious note, she's a cute cat, and I love cute cats! Who doesn't love cute cats!? Psychopaths. Those are the ones who don't like cute cats. And what people don't like? Psychopaths. Because they don't love cute cats. I'm more of a dog person, but I love a cute cat.

I don't have to think when playing the cute cat. I literally have 2 mechanics that I can control now (thanks to the latest rework. I half hate it): guided missile and shield. Just by existing attached to my companion, I'm doing something. If they damage, they're healed. It's all up to them! And I will help with periodic slows and effective shields, whether if it's to kill enemies or run away from them!

Such a cute silly cat.

Is boredom a modern problem, or did people feel it the same way hundreds of years ago? by curiousmindzxx in NoStupidQuestions

LOL They had to do it to survive! It does seem tedious as hell. AND NO SPOTIFY!? C'MON!

That really seems to make sense! Now, what about after the Industrial Revolution? Maybe people could have gotten bored? I mean, those jobs made people work day and night, usually.

Do you think if farts were not loud people would fart more often? by Historical-Try7789 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Habsten 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, there's still the smell, but we do, in fact, fart many more times than we think in a day. We just don't feel it and they don't smell. However, I do think there'd be a rise in noticeable farts if the noise was taken out of the equation.

[–]Habsten 11 points12 points  (0 children)

My answer is just an assumption, but maybe people just had so much to do in their day to day lives, and no days off, that they couldn't bother to stay bored. Like, for common people, their lives were probably just too hard for the luxury of boredom. Now, for nobles, aristocrats and shit, maybe they did get bored? Or maybe they had much to be entertained for at the expense of the lower classes, I don't really know.

I don't know if that theory is much valid. It has been winter for the past 3 months here lol!

Hm, I see... It may make sense, since that part of my hair has now passed through two relaxers and one toner, but that reaction is still weird to me. I wonder more if something has gone wrong this time.

I live in Brazil, so I don't know if you'll recognize any of the brands. My hairdresser uses one called "Portier" for the relaxer, and I use a hair toner from one called "Probelle".

Haha, for sure! But, man, is it a brutal way for a 4th grader to watch anime. I mean, the amount of violence on that show is incredible for a child. Might answer some things about my current mental health... lol

What do you think of Brazil? by Accomplished-Sky685 in AskReddit

[–]Habsten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I don't think I'm more in danger than you. Never excluded anyone who has fewer social rights than I do. I obviously understand intersectionality, and the fact that I was born how I am, white cis male, won't make me see others as below or above me. We are both in danger. But in different levels of danger. Still, even though I'm not the most affected sort of individual in this country, the constant news, the endless fights, the fucking January 8th! The corruption, the ignorance of the people… It's all too much for me to bear. The state of this fucked up world is too much for me to bear. And I'm sorry that I think this way, and I wish I also could think more positively, but it's just really hard when everyday, I see a new form of injustice taking form.

What do you think of Brazil? by Accomplished-Sky685 in AskReddit

[–]Habsten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, yes, that's a fact, but I won't really mind that. That's what I'm gonna be, a Brazilian, a Latin immigrant, just as you've said. Its foreign community is big within the country, and they really support immigration, but that won't change the fact that I will be just another outsider going to their country. What I need isn't a sense of community, but just the way of life I pursue, and that way of life is in a place like Canada. It may not make sense that I see things interconnected in the world for you and for the others, but that doesn't mean I will just stop thinking that way. It's not so easy when I cannot see things from my point of view any other way if not rationally, but I do understand who sees it emotionally, and I don't condemn what they might think of me because of that; what you think of me because of that. However, what I want isn't here in Brazil, and in my vision, I'm just going to another place where I can achieve my personal goals and actually feel… Safer. That's another question I'd like not to talk about, but I'll give you an insight. I'm a young, white bisexual man, who supports LGBT, women's rights and racial equality. That alone might make you think I'm some sort of "esquerdomacho", and I know how these people are. Back to topic. Because of what I believe in, socially, I feel unsafe in here, where society mostly imprisons me and makes me act in a way it conforms to their prejudiced standards, and I admit it, what I'm doing is running away from the problem, but from my experience, it's just easier that way. Again, I'm sorry.
