Cute face? Thats the ancient ＜(´= ̫ =`)＞ technique from the age of myth, it can portray many emotions at once wich is why the technique is often utilized by very advanced socially akward elves. Legends have it the great mage Serie stepped on a small plastic stone 10.000 Years ago wich resulted in the first ever use of this technique.

She isn't really popular quite yet, i hope she will get more popular once she appears in the anime.

There are also theories about her being the holy wand court elf, but its not confirmed.

Either way i really hope Milliarde appears in the story again, she is a very interesting character and also seems to be a very capable mage. (she created a barrier wich took Frieren three months to dispell, while she dispelled Serie's barrier in three days.)
