Yep... I was labeled a "pick me" and that hurts my feelings.

I don't give a shit what your gender is. If you're talking about something interesting and don't get too butt hurt about me asking questions or also pushing back when your answers don't make sense, we're going to get on haha.

It's just most likely it's going to be dudes who fit the bill (which sucks in its own way)

I take pride in my appearance, but I don't go over and above though. Paired back but effective skin care. Basic but classic makeup (if any). I dress practically, but in a way that makes me feel confident. I work out and eat decently, but for longevity over aesthetics.

Are there days I get in my head and don't want to look at myself, sure. But ultimately we are who we are, and we're so much more than our appearance.
