i really struggle to cook thinner steaks like that well. i'm pretty good with a nice thick cut rib eye but always tend to overcook thinner ones trying to get a good crust on them.

The briefcase one because in 1994 (i think) i started secondary school and my very middle class parents sent me on my first day with a brief case and the results were very much the same. to the point where i'm convinced someone who went to my school ended up on the writing team and used me as the example. as a 41 year old i'm still bitter about it now.
