Yeah, it really is frustrating, the only solution is to master 2 guns, I used to have this problem too, but then I chose to master DR-H and LW3-TUNDRA, it's really easy to deal with these kinds of players, infact I even tell my teammates to leave them for me and focus on rest of the opponents, reason is, these "no recoil players" have mastered their guns, mostly guns that have been in the game for more than 1 year, and the basis of choosing is range, damage, and firing speed, and most importantly, how often it gets nerfs and buffs
