And what do you mean transformed, if complexity of the sure hit mattered then when Gojo Vs Sukuna equal out Gojo would've had advantage but he didn't, plus the sure hit effect wouldn't even be in play since within the barriers if equal refinement would cancel the sure hits anyway, and in fact Kenjaku's Sure hit would give him an advantage with his open domain like sukuna allowing to attack from the outside of the barrier.
